FAQ  of  Audio Video Enterprises

Who will actually be recording my event?  Do you use “stringers”?

Me.  (Jay Vinson).  I do not use stringers and, unless we would have specific agreement prior to your event, I will be recording, editing, making duplications and handling all other aspects of your video production   The simple truth is that I want to be the one working with and for you.     It enhances the original footage as well as the editing process.  Hence, it's better for you, it's better for me and, most importantly, it's better for the finished product...your keepsakevideo.

When and how should the date be reserved?

The best answer is as soon as you're sure that you want to book my services.  Many events can be tentatively reserved by phone, simply by confirming availability.  For weddings, I have a simple policy...The first contract with its accompanying deposit check holds the date.

Can you put these professional productions onto DVDs?
Can you put footage that I've recorded at home onto DVDs?

Yes...to both questions.   And, the DVDs can be either authored or non-authored. Also, a variety of tape formats are available.

Do you provide demonstrations of you work?
How long have you been doing this kind of work?
What equipment is used?
And of course…
What packages do you offer and what are the costs?

Please see these pages:

I do customize wedding packages ranging from $500 - $5,000 and beyond. The “” page covers the most commonly requested services.        Regarding other projects, I do try to live by the "You Name It, I'll Record It" motto, so, feel free to contact me to discuss any video project you may be considering.
